At Positive Aggression we look to incorporate a mixture of Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Jiu jitsu and Submission Fighting into our training sessions.
We work with those who are trying to lose weight and get fit , people looking for a fun and interesting hobby and those who already compete in a Combat sport.
We run seperate female and male training sessions and also offer these sessions on a 1 to 1 basis at Gyms in Kent and London.
There is no joining fee, its on a pay-as-you go basis. For regular attendees, there are discounted monthly or annual schemes available - just ask!
